A Moment Before Totality features the Bailey’s Beads that glimmer around the edge of a solar eclipse the moment before totality hits. These beautiful last rays of light are created by the sun’s rays still peaking though the craters on the moon. The second total solar eclipse to be visible in the midwest will occur on April 8, 2024 - Will you be able to witness this natural marvel from where you are?

The flora & fauna series features the multitude of natural wonders in the Midwest. Each print features one hand-carved block and two layers of abstract color fields created using type-high wood blocks. All three layers are letterpress printed.
