Silver Springs features the fresh clear water of a natural spring, bright green watercrest, and skunk cabbage. Natural springs are an important indicator to the health of the groundwater in the aquifers below and offer mineral-rich fresh water to the fauna in the surrounding area. Inspired by Silver Springs State Park in Kendall County, Illinois.

The State Park series features the varied landscapes found throughout the Midwest and is representative of the vastness of the American landscape. Each print features one hand-carved block and two layers of abstract color fields created using type-high wood blocks. All three layers are letterpress printed.

Available framed or unframed - frames are solid wood and made in the USA.
